Charitable Giving Product Request Form

Product donations to non-profit organizations or other services that fall within our corporate guidelines, and are located within a 50 mile radius of our Corporate Headquarters in Concord, MA, will be considered once a written or electronic form is received. Product donation requests should be received at least two weeks before the donation is needed, identifying the nature of the organization, planned usage of the product, and arrangements for pickup. All donations will need to be picked up at our location in Concord, MA.
