POSITION OVERVIEW:

Position responsible for all aspect of Project Management for multiple business functions supported by information systems a well as the direct supervision of application development staff

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for leading and controlling multiple projects simultaneously in support of a specific business process.
  • Documents and manages project plans and conducts project cost analysis.
  • Manages the gathering of necessary data for modifying or developing a system and analyzes system requirements to define the parameters of the system and scope of the project in support of the affected business process changes.
  • Manages the development of system specification. Responsible for the development of system implementation plans and conversion efforts.
  • Manages direct reports and provides periodic reviews of personal objectives and training plans.
  • Collaborates with Business Process Owner, Functional Lead and Business Process Specialist(s) in the gaining approval of plans for system implementation, user training and required conversion efforts.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have 8-10 years of experience techno functional experience with Oracle E Business Suite
  • Have a deep technical knowledge of at least 2 of the following Oracle modules: Order Management, Shipping, Inventory, Accounts Receivable, Accounts payable, OPM Cost
  • Experience supporting EDI environment desirable, Not required
  • 5+ years experience working with Oracle EBS technical foundation
  • Good working knowledge of PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, BI publisher and integration platforms such as Oracle Fusion
  • Excellent people and project management
