  • Preheat oven to 200°F. Lightly coat 15- x 10-inch baking sheet with oil; line with parchment paper. Set aside. 
  • In food processor, combine grapes, juice, honey and lemon juice; pulse until smooth. Transfer to saucepan set over medium heat; simmer for 10 minutes. Pour mixture onto prepared pan and spread evenly into thin layer. 
  • Bake for about 4 hours or until mixture is no longer tacky in the middle and leather is slightly translucent and darkened in color; let cool completely. Cut, with parchment paper attached, into twelve 1 1/4-inch strips. Roll up each strip tightly. Wrap each strip individually in plastic wrap, and refrigerate in airtight container for up to 5 days.

Tip: Cut strips with scissors that are lightly greased with vegetable oil.
