Ingredients

  • 1 cup Welch's 100% Grape Juice
  • 1 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup 2% milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ cup ice cubes

Preparation

  1. Place grape juice, yogurt, blueberries, milk, honey and ice into blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and pour into 2 glasses. Makes 3 cups.

Tip: For a heart-healthy boost, add ground flaxseed or walnuts to the smoothie.
