Place melted chocolate in a small shallow bowl and the sprinkle in a separate bowl. Dip the rim of 10 cocktail glasses in the chocolate and then in the sprinkles to coat evenly. Store in the refrigerator until set and ready to serve.

Stir the grape juice with the ginger ale and lime concentrate in a pitcher. Divide the frozen fruit between the glasses and top with punch. Serve immediately.
