Ingredients

Smoothie

  • 1 ½ cups (375 mL) milk or non-dairy beverage
  • 2 frozen bananas, cut into pieces
  • 1 cup (250 mL) frozen mixed berries
  • ¼ cup (60 mL) Welch’s Chia Strawberry Spread

Toppings

  • 1 banana, sliced
  • ½ cup (125 mL) fresh berries
  • ¼ cup (60 mL) granola
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) toasted shredded coconut

Preparation

  1. In blender, combine milk, bananas, berries and Welch’s Chia Strawberry Jelly; blend on high until smooth.
  2. Toppings: Divide smoothie mixture between 2 bowls and top evenly with banana slices, berries, granola and coconut.

 

Tip: Keep peeled and cut-up bananas in the freezer for easy prep of morning smoothies.
