  • 1 box (517 g) white cake mix
  • ½ cup Welch's Concord Grape Jam
  • ¾ cups desiccated coconut
  • ¾ cups clear decorating sugar
  • 2 cups white chocolate wafers, melted

1. Bake cake mix according to package directions. Cool completely. Crumble the cake into a large bowl. Stir in the grape jam until well combined and moist. Firmly roll 2 tbsp portions into balls. Insert a decorative straw or candy stick into each ball. Combine the coconut and decorating sugar in a bowl; set aside.

2. Pour melted chocolate into a tall glass. Dip the cake balls in melted chocolate until coated all over, gently shaking off excess chocolate. Roll in coconut mixture until completely covered. Repeat with remaining cake pops. Chill until set or for up to 3 days.

Tip: Cover the top of a deep bowl with foil and poke the ends of the straws through to allow cake pops to set while standing upright.
